How to Get an AJJ Refund

If you purchased through AJJ.com directly:

1. Visit the AJJ website and log into your account.
2. Go to the Account Settings section.
3. Click on Billing or Subscriptions.
4. Locate the most recent charge and select Request Refund.
5. Fill out the refund request form by including:
• Your order number.
• The reason for the refund (e.g., "the service renewed without my consent" or "the account remained inactive").
6. Submit the request and keep an eye on your email for any responses regarding the refund.

If you purchased through Apple:

1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Find the subscription for AJJ and tap it.
5. Scroll down and select Report a Problem.
6. Choose Request a Refund and state the reason:
• "The subscription was renewed without notice" or "I did not use the service this billing period".
7. Submit the inquiry.

If you purchased through Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap on the Menu (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner.
3. Select Account.
4. Scroll to Purchase History and find the AJJ subscription.
5. Tap on the subscription and select Report a Problem.
6. Choose Request a Refund and articulate your situation, such as:
• "The account was unused this billing cycle" or "I was charged unexpectedly".
7. Complete the form and submit it for review.

If you purchased through Roku:

1. Log into your Roku account on the website.
2. Go to the Manage Account section.
3. Select Subscriptions or Billing.

5. In your request, mention:
