How to Get a BookWeb Refund

If you purchased through BookWeb.org:

1. Visit bookweb.org and log in to your account.
2. Navigate to the Account Settings.
3. Click on Billing Information.
4. Locate the section labeled Transaction History.
5. Identify the recurring charge you wish to dispute.
6. Click on the Request Refund button next to the transaction.
7. Fill out the refund request form, and in the description, mention phrases like:
• "The subscription renewed without my consent".
• "I haven't used the account in the last billing cycle".
8. Submit the refund request.

If you purchased through Apple:

1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the menu.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Find BookWeb and tap on it.
5. Scroll down and tap Report a Problem.
6. Choose Request a Refund.
7. In the description, use messages such as:
• "I did not authorize this renewal".
• "This subscription hasn’t been used".
8. Tap Submit.

If you purchased through Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap on the Menu icon (three horizontal lines).
3. Select Account.
4. Tap on Purchase History.
5. Locate the BookWeb charge.
6. Tap on the charge, then select Refund.
7. In your refund request, mention:
• "I was charged without notification".
• "I haven’t accessed the service".
8. Follow the prompts to complete the refund process.

If you purchased through PayPal:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Go to Activity.
3. Find the transaction related to BookWeb.
4. Click Details next to that transaction.
5. Select Report a Problem.
6. Choose Refund and click on it.
7. In the explanation, use statements like:
• "This charge was unauthorized".
• "The service wasn’t used at all".
8. Complete the prompts to finalize your request.
