How to Get a CCM Refund

If you purchased through ccm.com directly:

1. Visit the CCM website at ccm.com and log in to your account.
2. Navigate to your Account Settings or Membership section.
3. Look for the Billing History or Transactions option.
4. Identify the transaction for your membership and select it.
5. Click on Request Refund or a similar option available.
6. Provide details in the form, such as:
   • Reason for Refund: Mention that the subscription renewed without notice.
   • Account Status: Emphasize that your account was unused or inactive.
   • Provide date and amount: Include the transaction date and amount for clarity.
7. Submit the refund request.
8. Check for confirmation via email about your refund request being processed.

If you purchased through Apple:

1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Find the subscription for CCM and tap on it.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription to prevent future billing.
6. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
7. Log in with your Apple ID and find the relevant purchase.
8. Select it and click on Report a Problem.
9. In the drop-down menu, select Request a Refund.
10. Under Description, state:
    • Reason: The subscription renewed without notice.
    • Unused Account: Assert that your account had no activity.
11. Submit your request.

If you purchased through Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
2. Tap on your Profile Icon in the upper right corner.
3. Select Payments & Subscriptions.
4. Tap on Subscriptions and find your CCM subscription.
5. Tap on Cancel Subscription to stop further charges.
6. To request a refund, go to Play Console at play.google.com.
7. Log in and find the transaction you wish to refund.
8. Click on Request Refund.
9. In your explanation, write:
   • Unwanted Renewal: Note that the subscription renewed without prior notice.
   • No Usage: Highlight that your account had not been used.
10. Submit your refund request.

If you purchased through Roku:

1. Turn on your Roku device and navigate to the Home Screen.
2. Select the Channel Store and find the CCM channel.
3. Open the CCM channel and go to its settings or account area.
4. Look for Manage Subscription or similar.
5. Cancel the subscription by selecting Cancel.
6. For the refund process, go to the Roku website and log in to your Roku account.
7. Find the billing section under Your Account.
8. Locate the subscription charge for CCM.
9. Select Request Refund and fill out the necessary information.
10. In your message, mention:
    • Renewal Without Notice: Point out that you were unaware of the auto-renew.
    • Account Status: Indicate that the account was not used at any time.
11. Submit your refund request.
