How to Get a DRF Bogan Refund

If you purchased through the DRF Bogan website:

1. Go to the DRF Bogan website and log in to your account.
2. Navigate to the Account Settings area, usually found in the top right corner.
3. Select Billing or Subscriptions from the menu options.
4. Locate the section labeled Transaction History or Active Subscriptions.
5. Find the transaction you want to request a refund for and click on it.
6. Look for an option that says Request Refund or Report an Issue.
7. In the form provided, briefly explain your reason for the refund, such as:
   • Mention that the subscription renewed without notice.
   • Emphasize that the account was unused or unutilized.
   • State any errors in billing or charges that were not authorized.
8. Submit the refund request.
9. Check your email for confirmation, and follow any further instructions provided in that email.

If you purchased through Apple:

1. Open the App Store on your device.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Find the DRF Bogan subscription in your list.
5. Tap on it, then select Report a Problem.
6. Choose the reason for your refund, such as:
   • The subscription renewed without notice.
   • The service was not utilized as expected.
   • There was an unauthorized charge.
7. Follow the prompts to complete the refund request.
8. You will receive an email regarding the status of your request.

If you purchased through Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap on the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper-left corner.
3. Select Account.
4. Click on Purchase History.
5. Locate the DRF Bogan transaction you wish to request a refund for.
6. Next to the transaction, tap on Report a problem.
7. Select the reason for the refund, using one of these approaches:
   • Indicate that the subscription renewed without prior notice.
   • Highlight that the account was not used during the period.
   • Point out any discrepancies in the billed amount.
8. Follow the prompts to submit your refund request.
9. Wait for an email confirmation regarding your refund status.

If you purchased through Roku:

1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
2. Scroll to and select Streaming Channels.
3. Choose My subscriptions or Manage subscriptions from the list.
4. Locate the DRF Bogan subscription and select it.
5. Click on Manage Subscription and then select Cancel Subscription.
6. After cancellation, return to the Roku account website and log in.
7. Navigate to the Order History or Billing section.
8. Select the transaction you want to request a refund for.
9. Follow the onscreen instructions to report the issue, using phrases like:
   • The subscription renewed unexpectedly.
   • The service was unused or unhelpful.
   • I did not authorize this transaction.
10. Submit your request and check your email for updates.
