How to Get an EPX Refund

If you purchased through epx.com directly:

1. Visit the epx.com website.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Contact Us link.
3. Select Customer Support option from the menu.
4. Fill out the contact form with the following details:
   • Your full name
   • Your email address associated with the account
   • Description of the membership or subscription
   • Request a refund for the most recent charge
   • Mention that the subscription renewed without prior notice.
5. Submit the form and wait for a confirmation email.
6. Check your email for further instructions or confirmation of the refund within a few business days.

If you purchased through Apple:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Find the subscription to epx.com.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription to stop future payments.
6. Return to the Settings app and go to App Store.
7. Scroll to the bottom and tap Report a Problem.
8. Select the charge associated with epx.com.
9. Select Request a Refund.
10. In the message box, emphasize that you were charged without notice and that the account was unused.
11. Submit your request and await the email confirmation from Apple.

If you purchased through Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play Store on your device.
2. Tap the Menu icon (three lines) in the upper-left corner.
3. Select Account.
4. Tap Purchase History.
5. Find the charge for epx.com.
6. Tap on the item and select Report a Problem.
7. Choose I want a refund.
8. In the explanation, highlight that the service was not utilized and you were charged unexpectedly.
9. Submit the report and check for an email response from Google.

If you purchased through PayPal:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click on Activity at the top menu.
3. Locate the transaction related to epx.com.
4. Click on the transaction for details.
5. Select Refund this payment if the option is available.
6. If not, click Report a Problem on the same transaction.
7. Choose the option that indicates you want a refund.
8. In your message, mention the subscription renewed without notice and emphasize that you did not use the service.
9. Submit your request and monitor your email for updates from PayPal.

If you purchased through a different billing provider:

1. Visit the provider’s website that you used for the transaction.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Find the option for Billing History or Transactions.
4. Locate the transaction associated with epx.com.
