How to Get a Gorila Fitness Refund

If you purchased through Gorila Fitness directly:

1. Visit the Gorila Fitness website at gorilafitness.ca.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Contact Us.
3. Choose the appropriate contact method:
   • If you prefer email, click on the email link and compose your message.
   • If you prefer phone, note the contact number listed.
4. In your message, clearly state "Request for Membership Refund" in the subject line.
5. In your message body, mention that your subscription was auto-renewed without notice.
6. Include your membership details:
   • Your full name
   • Email associated with the account
   • Date of charge
   • Amount charged
   • Any relevant transaction ID if applicable.
7. Emphasize that the account was unused since the last charge.
8. Request a confirmation of your refund request.
9. Send the message or make the call and wait for a response.

If you purchased through Apple:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Locate your Gorila Fitness subscription and select it.
5. Tap on Cancel Subscription if required, but note that this may not trigger a refund directly.
6. Next, open App Store, and tap on your profile icon in the top right corner.
7. Scroll down to Purchased and find Gorila Fitness.
8. Tap on the app and select Report a Problem.
