How to Get an IGV Refund

If you purchased through igv.com directly:

1. Visit the igv.com website and log into your account.
2. Go to the Account Settings section.
3. Select Billing Information.
4. Locate your recent transaction or subscription details.
5. Click on the Request Refund option next to the appropriate transaction.
6. Fill out the required fields in the refund request form, mentioning that the subscription was renewed without notice.
7. Submit the request and monitor your email for a confirmation.

If you purchased through Apple:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Find and tap on your igv.com subscription.
5. Scroll down and select Report a Problem.
6. Choose the reason for the refund, emphasizing that the account was unused.
7. Describe your request in detail and submit.

If you purchased through Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap the Menu icon (three lines) in the upper left corner.
3. Select Account.
4. Click on Purchase History.
5. Find the igv.com subscription and select it.
6. Tap Report a problem.
7. Choose a reason, mentioning that the subscription renewed unexpectedly.
8. Fill out any additional information and submit your request.

If you purchased through Roku:

1. Visit my.roku.com and sign into your Roku account.
2. Navigate to Manage your subscriptions.
3. Find the igv.com subscription.
4. Click on Manage Subscription.
5. Choose Cancel Subscription.
6. After cancellation, visit the Contact Us page on the Roku website.
7. Fill out the contact form mentioning your request for a refund because you did not use the service.
