How to Get an Imo Refund

If you purchased through the imo-to.net website:

1. Visit the imo-to.net website and log in to your account.
2. Navigate to the Account Settings located in the top-right corner of the homepage.
3. In the settings menu, click on Billing or Subscriptions.
4. Find the Manage Subscription section.
5. Look for the most recent charge and select Request Refund or Dispute Charge
6. Fill out the refund request form by providing the following details:
   • The reason for the refund (e.g., “The subscription renewed without my knowledge.”)
   • Your account details and transaction ID, which you can find in your billing history.
   • Specify that the account has been unused or that the service did not meet your expectations.
7. Submit the request and wait for a confirmation email regarding the refund process.

If you purchased through Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
2. Tap on the profile icon in the top-right corner and select Payments & subscriptions.
3. Choose Subscriptions and find the imo subscription.
4. Click on Report a problem.
5. Select the reason for your refund request (e.g., “Accidentally renewed; did not intend to continue.”).
6. Emphasize that the service was not used since the last billing.
7. Submit your request for review.

If you purchased through Apple:

1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Find the imo subscription and tap it.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription if prompted.
6. Go back to Settings and then navigate to iTunes & App Store.
7. Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen and choose View Apple ID.

11. Highlight that you have not used the service recently.
12. Submit your request.

If you purchased through PayPal:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Go to the Activity page.
3. Locate the imo charge and click on it.
4. Click on Report a problem.
5. Select Dispute a charge.
6. Choose the option for unauthorized transaction or service not delivered.
7. Include details such as “I had no intention to renew this subscription” or “The service was inactive.”
8. Follow the prompts to complete your dispute submission.
