How to Get a MXU Refund

If you purchased through MXU's website:

1. Visit getmxu.com.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Contact Us.
3. Select Customer Support or Help.
4. Fill out the support form with the following details:
   • Your account email address.
   • Your membership type.
   • Specific billing date.
   • Reason for refund: State that the subscription renewed without notice.
5. Submit the form and wait for a response from the support team.
6. If you receive a response, provide any additional information they request.

If you purchased through Apple:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap on your Apple ID (your name at the top).
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Find and tap on your MXU subscription.
5. Select Cancel Subscription. This step is necessary to request a refund.
6. Go to the Apple Support website.
7. Select Contact Support and choose Billing and Subscriptions.
8. Follow the prompts to request a refund:
   • State that the subscription renewed without your consent.
   • Include that you did not use the service recently.

If you purchased through Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap on the Menu (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Find and select your MXU subscription.
5. Tap on Cancel Subscription.
6. Next, go to the Google Play Help page online.
7. Scroll down to Request a refund and follow the steps:
   • Mention that the subscription renewed unexpectedly.
   • State that you did not actively use the service.

If you purchased through Roku:

1. Go to my.roku.com and sign in with your account.
2. Select Manage your subscriptions.
3. Find the MXU subscription in the list.
4. Select Unsubscribe to halt future billing.
5. Visit the Roku Support page.
6. Submit a request through their Contact Us section, including:
• The billing date of the renewal.
• Reason for refund: Indicate that the account was not used.

If you purchased through a gift card:

1. Contact MXU customer support directly via the Contact Us page.
2. Provide the gift card number and your account email.
3. Clearly state your request for a refund and the reason:
   • Mention that you did not utilize the service.
4. Await a response from the support team.
