How to Get an Old18 Refund

If you purchased through Old18.com:

1. Visit the Old18.com website and log into your account.
2. Navigate to the ‘Account’ section in the top right corner.
3. Click on ‘Billing History’ to view your recent transactions.
4. Select the transaction related to your membership or subscription that you wish to refund.
5. Click on the ‘Request Refund’ button next to the transaction.
6. Fill out the refund request form:
• In the 'Reason for Refund' field, mention that the subscription renewed without notice.
• Highlight if the account was unused during the billing period.
• Indicate any issues you faced that led to the refund request.
7. Submit the refund request form.
8. Monitor your email for confirmation of the refund submission.

If you purchased through Stripe:

1. Log into your email account linked with your Old18 subscription.
2. Find the billing email receipt from Stripe (search for 'Old18' or 'Stripe').
3. Click on the receipt link provided in the email.
4. Look for the option to 'Refund' or 'Request Refund.'
5. When prompted, explain that the service was not utilized and request a refund for the last charge.
