How to Get a TOH Refund

If you purchased through TOH.ca:

1. Visit toh.ca and log into your account.
2. Navigate to the "Account" section from the top menu.
3. Click on "Billing History" to locate your recent transactions.
4. Select the transaction that you wish to refund.
5. Look for the "Request Refund" option next to the transaction details.
6. Fill out the refund request form.
   • State that the subscription renewed without notice.
   • Indicate that the service was not used during the billing period.
   • Provide any necessary transaction details.
7. Submit the form and check for a confirmation message.
8. Monitor your email for a response from TOH regarding your refund request.

If you purchased through Apple:

1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the menu.
3. Select "Subscriptions."
4. Find your TOH subscription in the list and tap on it.
5. Select "Cancel Subscription" if necessary, then look for the "Report a Problem" feature.
6. Use the "Report a Problem" page to initiate your refund request.
   • Emphasize that the subscription renewed automatically.
   • Note that the account was not used in the previous billing cycle.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request.

If you purchased through Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
