How to Get an Uni Refund

If you purchased through a Credit Card:

1. Visit your bank's website or mobile app.
2. Log into your account.
3. Navigate to the section labeled 'Transactions' or 'Recent Activity'.
4. Find the transaction related to your Uni subscription.
5. Click on the transaction and select 'Dispute' or 'Report a Problem'.
6. Fill out the dispute form with relevant details:
   • State that the subscription renewed without adequate notice.
   • Indicate that the account was unused recently.
7. Submit the request and keep an eye on your email for updates.

If you purchased through Apple:

1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top.
3. Select 'Subscriptions'.
4. Locate your Uni subscription and tap on it.
5. Scroll down and tap on 'Report a Problem'.
6. Choose the reason for the refund request;
   • 'I didn’t authorize this charge'
   • 'This subscription was mistakenly renewed'
7. Follow the prompts to submit your request.

If you purchased through Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Select 'Payments & subscriptions'.
4. Tap on 'Subscriptions'.
5. Find and tap on the Uni subscription.
6. At the bottom, tap on 'Cancel subscription' first.
7. After canceling, go back and select 'Report a problem'.
8. Choose the appropriate refund reason;
   • 'I wasn't aware of the renewal'
   • 'I have not used this service'
9. Follow the prompts to complete the process.

If you purchased through Uni's website:

1. Visit the Uni website and log into your account.
2. Navigate to the 'Billing' or 'Account Settings' section.
3. Look for 'Request a Refund' or 'Help'.
4. Follow the prompts to submit your request, addressing the following:
   • Specify that the membership was charged without adequate notice.
   • Mention that you did not utilize the service since renewal.
5. Submit the request and wait for confirmation via email.
