How to Get an Urb Refund

If you purchased through urb.shop:

1. Visit the urb.shop website.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the homepage and click on the "Contact Us" link.
3. Select the option for customer support or refunds.
4. Fill in the required information, including your membership ID, email address, and any detailed purchase information.
5. In the message box, mention that the subscription renewed without notice and that you wish to request a refund.
6. Submit the request and note any confirmation number provided for your records.
7. Monitor your email for a response from the Urb support team regarding your refund status.

If you purchased through Apple:

1. On your iPhone, open the Settings app.
2. Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Find and tap the Urb subscription.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.
6. Return to the main Settings menu and go to App Store.
7. Tap on your profile picture in the upper right corner.
8. Select Purchased, then locate Urb.
9. Tap it and look for Report a Problem.
10. Choose the option indicating that you did not intend to renew or that the service was unused, then submit your request for a refund.

If you purchased through Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
2. Tap on the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner to open the menu.
3. Go to Subscriptions.
4. Find and select your Urb subscription.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm the cancellation.
6. After cancellation, go back to your library or menu and tap on Help & Feedback.
7. Select Request a Refund and indicate your reason: Mention that the subscription was renewed without prior notice.
8. Submit your request and wait for a confirmation email regarding your refund.

If you purchased through Roku:

1. From your Roku device, go to the Home screen.
2. Select Streaming Channels.
3. Scroll down and select the Manage Subscriptions option.
4. Find the Urb subscription and select it.
5. Choose Cancel Subscription to stop further charges.
6. Visit the Roku website and log into your account.
7. Go to My Account and find the Purchase History.
8. Locate the Urb transaction and select the option to Request a Refund.
9. Explain that you were not notified about the renewal and provide any relevant details before submitting the refund request.

If you purchased through a third-party gift card:

1. Check the terms and conditions of the gift card provider for refund policies.
2. Contact their customer service directly, providing your gift card code and purchase details.
