Neglect of what I wanted
I am a senior on a budget. I budget wisely , so I knew I could easily afford the BritBox monthly fee. They tooK a years worth out of my account and now it will be 3-4 months with a medication I need. I feel they stole from me. I clicked on the monthly payment button NOT THE YEARLY !!! I am hoping I can cancel the whole thing . CANCEL any time probably means they will keep my money and cut the feed. Thank You BritBox for stealing . Also I had to cha be my card number so I can't GRT a refund because my new card was not the one I used. HELP
