Complete scam and bad ethics
I requested a cancellation of the product. No one reponded to my requests for refund of the product. I got so many responses that gave me non-answers to my request. Extreme frustration with this company. Terrible customer support. I was told i had to return product to get refund. Oh yeah, they did not tell me where to return product. Complete scam. Bad ethics.
