I have tried to file two claims with First Premier to no avail. The company they refer you to will not respond to your claim. They say First Premier does not want to pay what is charged. I paid this premium in full and have not gotten not one claim taken care of. The main problem is that they won't answer the phone. I will call the Attorney General if they don' cancel my policy which I have been trying for two weeks to do. This should only take a phone call not an act of congress. This company made money off of me I had no claims finished or started.
better service, less rudeness, be more helpful and speak better English and don't make promises they can't keep
