Terrible business practices

Terrible business practices. Customer service phone number is a voicemail with no return calls. Email support is answered by AI. No help. They were supposed to ship my product in 1-3 business days. I called and left a message after 5, no response. Ordered from another company since i was waiting on this to start a clense. Called again after 10 days no response. Then emailed to cancel my order. Magically (within a few minutes after my cancellation email) and without a response from anyone a shipping label was created. Afterwards I get an AI response email saying they can’t cancel my order since a shipping label was already created. Will not ever ever order from this company ever again.
