Receiving a refund

On February 28, I made my first order and accidentally order 2 other prescriptions that weren't needed. Cancelled immediately and was informed that my refund of $390 would take up to 5-7 business days. I have made numerous calls and emails. All I keep being told via portal and by phone it was sent to billing and they are waiting to hear back. It's like they are programmed to say that same line. This is very unprofessional and there's no way to get in touch with the billing on your own (not surprising). Needless to say, it's been over a month and I still haven't received my refund but I'm not giving up.

User's recommendation: Make sure you order exactly what you need, to many hoops for a refund!
