2 - Click the Settings link from the left-side menu.
3 - Go to the Memberships tab.
4 - Locate your membership, and click the View Details button.
5 - Click on Cancel membership, then confirm cancellation.
6 - Decide whether to stay connected as a free member or toggle off this option and click Save and continue.
7 - Optionally, complete the anonymous exit survey to share feedback.
