3. Your account stays active. Canceling Premium drops you back to the free, ad-supported version. Your watchlist and viewing history stick around if you want to resubscribe later.
4. Cancel 24 hours before renewal. To avoid another charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your subscription renews. Check your billing date in your account settings.
5. Important: If you subscribed through a third party (Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon), you MUST cancel through them. ViX can't cancel third-party subscriptions for you.

1. Go to ViX.com and log in with your email and password
2. Click your profile icon in the top right corner
3. Select “Subscription Settings” or “Mi Cuenta” (My Account)
4. Find the “Cancel Subscription” or “Cancelar mi suscripción” button
5. Click it and confirm you want to cancel
6. Wait for the confirmation email

What if you can’t find the cancel button?

Sometimes the subscription page says you don’t have an active subscription. Even though you’re getting charged. This usually means you signed up through a third party. Check your credit card statement to see who’s billing you (Apple, Google, Amazon, etc.) and cancel through them instead.

2. Tap your profile picture in the top right
3. Select "Payments and subscriptions"

How to Cancel ViX Through Amazon Prime Video

Added ViX Premium as an Amazon Prime Video channel? You’ll need to manage it through Amazon’s site.

1. Go to Amazon.com and log into your account
2. Hover over “Accounts & Lists” in the top right
3. Click “Memberships & Subscriptions”
4. Find “Prime Video Channels” and click “Manage subscription”
5. Locate ViX Premium in your list of channels
6. Click “Cancel Channel”
7. Confirm cancellation

How to Cancel ViX Through Roku

Subscribed to ViX Premium through your Roku Device? You have two options.

Option 1: On Roku Device
