Customer Refund policy is very bad. Their customer service seems to be only one person responding to support "emails". I have requested for a refund and initial response was that they do not offer refunds but can only do 50% refund. I was also not notified about auto-renewal nor have I received any email communication from them (apart from welcome email and support email), so how was one to know that 'auto-renew' was 'enabled' without even being notified ahead of time? How can a company say they customer satisfaction is important when they take 100% from a customer who is not satisfied with the product/service and only give them 50% - what kind of satisfaction and trust is that? How can they plan to keep customers when they undervalue their customers by taking away 50% of their money for nothing - just because they feel they earned it when someone is not happy with their service or product. Rip-off for sure. Will not recommend this company!!

You know how broken the job market is. Even if you land a job interview and still, the recruiters are particularly interested in your background, what are the odds that suddenly so many recruiters just show up in Zenfy, many of them sending chat based messages? If these are not bots, are these people truly recruiters or is that a scam to offer 'added value to money' or for phishing purposes? And how can I know? I will give it a 3 for now because I am literally in the middle, if these recruiters are actually real and it gives me opportunities then, obv, 5 stars, but if this is a scam and will only lead to disappointment, once again, then obv 1 star. Reach out to me within a month to let you know what happened. Cheers
